Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for regional analysis, planning and realisation of sales targets in a defined business field
  • You develop product and market strategies you can use as a basis for practical business models
  • Furthermore, you support the preparation of market, technology and competitor analyses and identify potential sales markets, products and customers
  • Monitoring the market for trends, upcoming projects and tenders while being involved all along in sales strategy development will also be part of your tasks
  • Besides, you accompany the development, planning and implementation of regional market entry strategies
  • You conduct contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors and bring them to a successful conclusion
  • With your work you also ensure the company’s sustainable positioning with customers and in the regional market (e.g. company presentation at congresses and trade fairs, planning and implementation of sales campaigns, etc.)
  • Your role will include acquisition, support, consulting and further development of the customer base, but also key account management and reporting

Your profile:

  • You have a technical degree or a degree in economics
  • You have professional experience in the sale or sales-related project management of 3D sensing technologies and a very good knowledge of the corresponding value chain (suppliers, OEMs, ecosystem)
  • Ideally, you are familiar with taking responsibility while working in an industry-related sales, key account, business development or project management function
  • You bring a high level of self-motivation to your structured and independent way of working and have convincing presentation and communication skills
  • You think and act entrepreneurially, being successfully involved in internal and external interface management, driving things forward and taking responsibility
  • You are business fluent in German and English and flexible with regard to working hours and travel activities
  • The ability to work in a team, open-mindedness, conflict and cooperation skills round off your profile
