Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Siegen
Reference No.: 2022-1950
Your tasks:
Design and simulation of analog circuits in CMOS technology based on the specification to be defined
Implementation of the analog circuits in a layout
Validation of the design in all operational areas, taking parasitic effects into account
Support with the metrological characterisation of the developed circuits
Your profile:
Technical degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics or a comparable course of studies
Good knowledge of integrated analog circuit technology
First experience in the ASIC design flow from specification to tape-out
Understanding of parasitic effects and noise sources in semiconductor processes is an advantage
Confident use of EDA tools, preferably Cadence DFII
Basic knowledge of mixed-signal design and verification
Good command of written and spoken German and English
